An Ongoing Peace Intention . . .Who's Interested?

This has been a powerfully positive experience for so many of us! Let's not let it end here! I suggest that we start organizing people who are interested in doing this work on an ongoing basis. i know that the difference in time zones has caused difficuties for some, but since we won't be tracking results, I see no reason that we couldn't set up more than one time frame for our meditations, so that it's easier for everyone to participate. I have experienced things during these meditations that were wonderful and entirely new to me. I'd very much like to continue. There are so many places that need this.

Sure, count me in, too. I've been wondering how to join or start a group locally, too. I can't see just stopping now. We're all on a roll.
Thanks,

I'd like to try this!! Though I couldn't participate every day of the experiment, it was a very profound experience for me, too -

Thanks Melanie! I'll be joining you too. I love the idea of the gentle wave moving around the world. Without reservation or expectation, let Love move through us at the appointed hour and the rest of the day. And thanks to all the participants for this magnificent gift! I know it has begun a transformation in me and I'm sure it has is you too.

Namaste.

Dear Melanie and everyone,

You may be interested to know that we already have set up an Intention of the Week, which highlights a person with a health or life challenge who has been nominated by our readers. At 5 pm GMT every Saturday (that's 11 am Eastern Daylight Savings time - so one hour earlier than the Peace Intention Experiment) our community sends 10 minutes of intention to the nominee, whom we have pictured, with details about his or her condition.

We've had some fantastic reports after these weekly intentions: a number of the 'targets' have reported near miraculous turn arounds: John, who was in a motorcycle accident hurt his spine who was predicted a year-long hospital stay and possible permanent damage, got out of the hospital in several weeks, 85 per cent better. Don, who had ankylosing spondylitis was in constant pain. Several months after our weekly intentions, he reported his pain was gone. We have dozens of such stories. We even reunited a teenage runaway with her mother.
We'll be resuming our Intentions of the Week. We see the same extraordinary situation in our workshops: the power of the group.

So between the big experiments (and we'll be planning one for the new year), join us by consulting the main page of our Intention Experiment site (www.theintentionexperiment.com). We'll be adding the next Intention of the Week this week. And please nominate a deserving loved one by sending his/her full name, age, location, details about his/her condition and a recent photo.

Now, many of you have mentioned the Global Coherence Project (now called the Global Coherence Initiative). That is a wonderful project and I am a member of the board. What they are planning to do is to measuring the effect of group resonance on the earth's geomagnetic shield. At the moment, they only have one sensor, and need more of them to carry out their study. I will inform you when they are ready. Nevertheless, HeartMath, who created GCI, will be using that sensor to measure any change during our week. We're also working with the Global Coherence Project (which has many random event generators constantly running) to measure any changes there during our Peace Intention Week.

We'll need to wait several weeks to a month to get our results. I will let you all know what happened and keep you updated. In the meantime, I will examine the possibility of creating a weekly peace intention on this site, complete with our music, so we can carry on our work together.

Thank you all for participating.

Warm wishes,

Lynne McTaggart

Good morning brothers and sisters! I just had a most wonderful session. I love the morning time. I'm ready for the day.

Then I "run into" this:

We are not alone. The wave, in many forms, is growing, regardless of the appearances "out there".

Namaste.

thank you Bob, this video was an excellent sound vision images for my first experience of this ongoing face of this experiment... with the written intention I wrote above

to dissolve "all the hard structure ideas that are related with the thinking that is not possible to find an agreement to live together" on every body that has it inside... starting with me... and following my brothers and sisters of this planet..."

Hello everyone, and Welcome!

As some of you may have seen, (in a reply I posted here to one of our members), I'm struggling through a rough patch in my life, and have made little forward progress on establishing a site. There had been an offer to make a previously established site available for our use; if the offer still stands, I intend to accept, so that we have Something Up and Going! My apologies to everyone for not being able to pull things together more quickly.

I see that Jesus Alberto Lara has begun focused intention for the week on Venezuela. One of our members, who lives in Venezuela has posted her concerns about her country on this forum; many of you will have read them. It seems an excellent choice for our focused meditation/intention during the coming week! I will try to do a little research and post the most pertinent information, although I cannot do so today, and it will probably be tomorrow.

I suggest we continue setting the time for group meditation as 9:00 am in all time zones (i.e., it doesn't matter where you live, do it at 9:00 am your time); the idea of, as one person put it, "a wave of Peace" washing across the planet, has met with so much support that we really do have a consensus here. But again, for those who find this particular time to be a problem, please set your own time (preferably the same time each day), and send your intention when you can. It is likely that someone else will be sending intention at that time, too, somewhere in the world. For my part, I will be doing both a morning and an evening meditation,as well as just sending positive energy during odd moments during the day, when I find myself just waiting in line, or sitting in traffic. So even if no one else is sending intention during your free time, it's possible that I am!

Best wishes to you all, and thank you for your patience

M
