I heard a doctor talking on the coast to coast am radio show last week about the spice tumeric. It inhibits all 30 cancer pathways and has been shown to be a powerful tool in preventing and inhibiting cancer growth. This is why cancer is so low in India where they cook with curry all the time. You can cook with it but you need to buy supplements to get a high enough dose most likely. It is inexpensive and can be found in any vitamin store.
