Hi Ron.
Thanks for for your friendship. I feel that we all have important things to contribute and very often it takes big upheavals in your life to question very sincerely everthing.As the Dalai Lama once said: See the rocks in your ilfe's path not as punishment but as Diamonds. This is what I do. You are absolutely right when you say that the only time is the present when we have power to shape our future. It is very interesting when you observe the differences between Eastern ( Religions?) and the Western ones. In the Eastern traditions the "Good", Spirit etc is WITHIN you, not outside. In the Western teachings, God is outside you. We are all searchers for the "Truth" and I feel that the human awareness is speeding up.
