Drink lots of water. Eat something easy to digest. Wrap yourself up Not too hot but warm. Relax and see yourself getting better.
I'm not a doctor but I am a Paramedic.
As we used to say in the Army: "DRIVE ON. "Read lots of books and stay away from the TV. For some reson TV seems to be an adicting force all on it's own.
I just did a healing on you. Me and God did one. OK God did a healing and I got to watch.
All went well. You Chakras were all open and your fields looked great.
I'm not a Doctor but avoid any medications that will lower your tempriture.
Fever is your bodies defences system fighting for you. Drink lots of water. Stay warm.
Think about your body getting better and how your feeling less drained every minute.
Been a bit slow in getting back to you... been down in the doll drums over losing my beloved Moshie... I swing up and down all over the place with an aching heart. Anyways... thank you for your note sweetness... I hope all is well for you and yours... How is that positive attitude coming along? I need to get myself up and in the running in that department... not easy lass with a heavy heart. I will...
