Hi Everyone

Whew! Since just joining I feel a little like Alice in Wonderland who just slipped down the rabbit hole and am instantly whisked to another world with new friends popping up everywhere. What a delightful initiation. Thank you.

A tiny bit of background.......careerwise, I am a retired interior designer. At this time I am channeling my love of beauty, color and design with an interest in oil painting. I enjoy seeing my creativity develop and unfold on the canvas. As any of you painters know, you have to dig deep, remain open and receptive, overcome frustrations and replace with patience and perserverence. But the thrill of each new artistic triumph spurs you on.

I belong to the Institute of Noetic Sciences organization (ions.org) and attended one of their conferences here in Arlington, Virginia. Likewise, with The International Institute for Near Death Studies (iands.org). Both of these organizations pretty much cover the landscape in terms of subject matter related to The Intention Experiment. Also, the multitude of books out there (which i think I own about half of them!) has stoked my knowledge and interest throughout the years.

So now, this is where the rubber meets the road.........I will look forward to meeting everybody and participating in the groups. Am not one, always for consistency, but will give it my best shot. I am new to this group and am still feeling my way here like so many others.
