The Intention for today is the following

The Intention for today is to just be. Not to do anything at all, just
relax, close my eyes, possibly thinking of nothing at all, surrendering
to the Great Power, to let go and trust, going into the gaps between
thoughts, and so to connect to God' source of power, and trusting
that all my desires and intentions will manifest at the right time and
in the best possible way for me and all living beings around me
