Last night I watched the Peaceful Warrior, in the extras there was an interview with Nick Nolte and he said that peace is unleashing the spirit... that's the first time I've heard peace associated with spirit and it makes sense to me. Letting go of the mind chatter to connect with nothing.... gave me an access today to let go and made a difference to the meditation. Today is waiting to be explored from this context.

is that for me to authentically, powerfully, intentionally participate in this or any experiment designed to measure thought processes it's important for participants to be clear and intentional. for peace. For the first time I got a sense of peace when I thought of my relationship with my Mother - an unspoken contract was put in place when I agreed to stay silent. Now is the time to complete the contract and live peacefully.
