Greetings and Welcome to Bella's Page!

At a very young age, as an 'only child' on a 90 acre farm, the animal kingdom often became my source of social interaction. I had an intuitive compulsion to send an intention of healing, through concentration or through my hands, to ailing animals. It was a natural instinct and I really didn’t give it any thought at the time, however, as I became older I realized that it was not the 'norm.'

At the age of 24, I read an article that basically stated that all things existed through vibrations… as I interpreted it. Directly after reading that article, I sat down to meditate and for some reason the thought occurred to me that if all things exist through vibrations, a healthy cell would vibrate at a certain rate and an unhealthy cell would have a different vibrational velocity, therefore, if we corrected the vibration by sending light or sound to the unhealthy cell that was equal to the vibrational rate of the healthy cell, we could create a healthy cell. When I emerged from that meditation, I 'knew' in my solar plexus, that I was on the right track. That was 30 yrs. ago.

For me, the questions remained, “Would that cell hold the new vibration after the light or sound was withdrawn?” or “Would we have to continue the vibrational treatment until the cell produced new cells, then eventually die?” and “Would the new cells be healthy?” As I questioned this idea with others, I got the old 'eye roll' (meaning - she’s nuts) and, not being in the 'scientific world,' I eventually just dropped my excited curiosity.

Somewhere along the way I came to the realization that the intention that I was using as a child was related to the vibrational healing I was so curious about, which was also related to the spirituality I practiced. I, sort of, found the 'Field' on my own.

I am now an energy worker using the modalities of Reiki, Sound Therapy, the Emotional Freedom Technique and Aromatherapy. I mix 'n' match these modalities as my intuition directs. Of course, intention is an integral component of this work, and I have a genuine interest in scientific documentation in the field of 'Universal Life Energy' as I feel this 'Field' has been viewed with discountenance far too long.

OPA???
Ok, first of all I'm not Greek.
Second, I should know better than to use a word that I don't positively know the meaning of...however, it is near and dear to my heart.

I have been hearing this word for the last year and a half every time my 18 yr. old daughter comes bouncing through the front door. She answers the phone with Opa, she ends the conversation with Opa, she blurts Opa as she waves her hand when she leaves.

Lani is a beautiful and happy teen-ager with joy in her heart, and what she is saying when she says Opa is, "I'm happy, Be happy, All is well. Party On!"

It brings a smile to my face and lights up my world when I hear her say (you got it :-)

"Opa!"
