I work with children with developmental problems and I consult with their families.

I have been a business consultant for 30 years.

What is of interest for me, right now, is how can we better reconcile the notions of exploitation and profits with human relations? In my market (Southren California) I find that the pressures incumbent in business make managers incapeable of understanding the potential that collaboration offers. Mostly, they can't see beyond their curent problems and seel opportunities short as soon as the problem is solved. Typically they are so beaten down that they hardly have any potential for optimism.
