I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

Hi Roxanne,
Instead of struggling in life we can always dance. The trick is to just so simple. Above the eye centre there is only Bliss. Below the eye centre there is always pain and struggle.! Above the eye centre you cannot find sufferring or pain! In Light how can you find darkness. Below in darkness how can you find light.!
It is soooo... simple. Enjoy. My dear sister. RS. Amarjit
Hello Roxanne,
Thanks for your comments. I have just written some thoughts on my page today and I think you will find it useful. please be my guest. Basically, I am always experimenting and experiencing the formless self. my comment on getting locked or getting trapped is when we fix our identity to one part of our vast reality. we play many roles in our day to day life. thats o.k. I am a son to my parents and than in a moment I switch to playing a role of a father to my son. In the next moment I become a doctor or a husband and so on. when I am aware that I am all this roles yet more then all this. that's becoming aware of my true Self. I hope you find it useful take care and love. Amarjit
Hi Lili
Yes exactly, it is about observing and creating awareness of how we think. Mastering fear allows us harmony and to create peace within through all areas of our lives including detachment from the association of the triggers of the mind/fear.
I love your visual comment about the spinning plates.
Thank you
Roxanne
Hello Gurmit
Wonderful, thank you. I am at present learning about The Science of Happiness written by Craig Lambert and Positive Psychology.
It is fascinating that we asociate more powerfully with the negative rather than the positive. Our thoughts/mind/fear attaches itself to the negative and then we build evidence to prove our fears, filtering everything that doesn't pattern match our fears.
I am now learning about the inner joy etc...that we bring into our lives. Yet of course when we can 'see' above the pairs of opposites we are in another place altogether.
