Thank You for your beautiful words.
The keepers of the illusion of separateness dwindle in numbers, the fragmented mind is becoming whole again:-)

The future is Bright in-deed, or more like "brighter in the deeds of man (male & female) coming together with one Intent-ion, en-lightening us to our highest path & glory" this soon comes into being, Love, Thank YOU, PEACE, One..

Peace, stillness, beauty, all the worries washes away, the birds singing the sound of living, being alive, alert, with just being present. My mind came to rest and the sound of the running water washed through my whole body and mind. I felt an energy so bright, fresh, new. I have listened many many times to the music while I was in bed, completely relaxed, eyes closed and only aware of the sounds of the music, the water and the birds.
It was the freshness in the early morning, a call to creation with all the peace of the stillnes to hear behind the sounds, that is the One.

This reminds me of a sloga in Sanskrita:

Yato va imani bhutani yajante - everything comes from Brahman - God - the One
Jena jatani jivanti - everything is sustained by Brahman - God - the One
Yat prajan abisamvishanti - everything returns in Brahman - God - the One
Tat vicjijna sasva - Where does it come from - The Source
Tat Brahmeti. - That is Brahman - God - the One

While these words in mind as an refelction, I went in nature. I was part of everything in the One Universe - God, very close and near.

I have yet another addition to creation in the Pipeline, maybe in experimental pieces which should melt the higher state with a "More" higher Supra Visual perspectives where time is no longer linear! 3D Time Space eh? I'm even more excited about this next One, lol

Observations on my experiences in Dr Namaste's 'The Garden of Eden'...

Having spent a considerable amount of time at different points in the day immersed in the splendour of this blessed place I thought i'd try and write up something of my experiences so far...

For myself, morning is best and after a visit to the Garden at this time I find that the whole day is invested with a gentle stillness and a heightened sense of awareness... that's not to say i'm impervious to the trials and tribulations that may come my way but I guess i'm just able to approach them more compassionately or dispassionately than I might normally manage.

During the practice itself I have witnessed a huge variety of mental activity not just in different sessions but also during each visit. Today for instance began with an almost prayerful wish for stability in certain areas of my life and as these invocations were released, there was a definite feeling of deeper and deeper relaxation accompanied by an opening of the Heart Chakra, almost as if to signify that now those concerns had been expressed to the Universe, I could move forward. As with most sessions, today was not entirely free of outside distractions however, and having a cat claw itself up onto your lap is a sure way to disturb even the deepest meditational state, although, I do tend to view this as said cat picking up on the chilled energy and wanting to add it's own vibration as this does happen a lot during various mediation practices.

After this rather spiky distraction there was a period of almost nonsensical jabber as if the mind had suddenly realised what was happening and it was doing it's very best to assert it's dominance by rambling incessantly on as many subjects as it could. That said, it was fascinating to be able to witness what I can only describe as the play between the seemingly tireless ravings of the human mind and the calming serenity of the music.

Perhaps the most significant observation is the sensation that the physical body (particularly the fingers and tongue for some reason) began to feel heavy and cumbersome and I became aware of a much more subtle level of energy within myself. When this has happened during past practices I immediately found my 'conscious' mind exclaiming it's surprise at this discovery which of course brought me back to my physicality and the feeling was gone but today I was able to 'move' my awareness around my body whilst retaining this sensation... I have to say, it is very bizarre to notice just how heavy your teeth are!

So as an overall summation of the experience? Well, to put it simply, whether you're looking to just find a bit of chilled space in your day, a way to wind down at night after a hectic day at work or whether you're an experienced practitioner of meditation , the Garden of Eden offers not only an enormously accessible route to stillness and introspection but is also a beautiful piece of music to simply allow the perceived stresses of 21st century living to drift away...
