Law of Attraction, the Quantum Field and Near Death Experiences

As some of you know I have experienced 4 NDExperiences...the last one had me wake up in a morgue.

Now I am very much out of practise communicating by wrote...However, I am so thrilled to be near and around thinking, questioning, aware, manifesting human beings :) That maybe some of you who have training or experience can share your insights from the different training, teachings and so on that you have on what NDExperiences are for, why do you think a disincarnate being would choose those experiences, etc. Please share your ideas?? There are some profound thinkers and communicators in this community. Namaste, and thank you for sharing yourselves in advance:) Kate
I do present workshops, on brain injury, simple living, add and giftedness, add adhd and the hidden healers, survival guide for parents of Indigo kids

I am robust in spirit Drew...but don't walk well, I have alot of damage from the last event...It took 7 years to recover my memory and get where I can walk some with a cane or walking stick..but my life force is vital. I believe...my higher self collaborated with my "self" to teach me, through those NDE's. two happened as I was a very premature baby and one when giving birth to my daughter (the morgue incident) and the last a horrific car accident where I was rear ended while stopped for a double pup chip truck. I have retaught myself everything..from the lessons I had developed while working as a tutor..but it took 3 years for me to get to the point where I could remember enough to retrain myself..they said I would never walk again as well, but I do...just slowly and very carefully lol...

Hi Katherine

I too have had a Near Death Experience and it removed all my fear of death. I conversed with 'dead people' and they told me I had a job to do and I had to return even though I did not want to. Going into the light for me was a most profound and intensely loving experience. I did not try to find the job I had to do and satisfied myself with learning about spiritual matters, then I got cancer; a bad one which has no cure and I was given a short time to live. My cancer was removed and I am cancer free much to the amazement of my medical consultant. I am now actively seeking my purpose in life.
If you believe you have had 4 NDE's then you must try to find out why and seek out your spiritual purpose because you will have one.

Hi Kate
Sounds like you do have it together, I too am a healer and I am writing a book. When the spirit calls we have to answer because our purpose was agreed before we were born. Most do not achieve their purpose because they get too involved with this world which is ok but some are reminded, I have been and so it seems were you. Good luck.

Hi Katherine,
Happy to get to know you!
I don't know what kind of experience I had, but I was meditating at the dentist's, recieved some injections of xylocaine, started shaking uncontrolably, and all of a sudden my body was still. I was later told by the assistants that I had passed out, but I insisted that I had not. I heard everything that was said and also saw it. While supposedly out, I heard one of the assistants say that I felt cold and that she could not feel my pulse. They called an ambulance and I was sent to the hospital. After arriving there, I was told that the dentist injected xylocaine into my bloodstream. Was this a near death experience or did I just go exterior (OBE) and witness the event. I think that I had merely gone exterior (out-of-body).
I have had numerous exteriorizations (OBEs), most of them accidental and a couple self-induced. One self-induced experience appeared to be lengthy. It was visually vivid and I was very alert, concentrating to stay exterior rather than returning to my body. I noticed that I was still myself in awareness, I simply did not have a body at the time. I had different abilites- communicating telepathicly, "manifesting" instantly (intending and causing things to happen), and some of these manifstations were more intense and dramatic.
I experienced that I was unable to open a door (had to go through it- actually re-appear on the otherside of it), walk (so I glided), sit-down (so I'd be in one position, then in the other), hug (without arms), or speak (therefore, communication was done telepathicly) My guess is that this is what it is like after the death of our bodies. We are still ourselves, but without bodies. Where did I go? I don't know. It had various elements of places that I had been to and some were not like any place that I had been to. (in this life anyway, that I can recall) The staircase reminded me of my grandmothers. The upstairs part of the house reminded me of my parents home they moved to later in life. The exterior of the house reminded me of homes that I had seen in a tropical place that I travelled to in the past. The situation upstairs reminded me of the home I grew up in. The rest of the environment was like I had never seen and was even surreal. I don't know if this was in our physical universe. This was not a dream. It was totally different. I was not in a lower brain state, but extremely alert.
During the accidental exteriorizations (OBEs) I was located in the same environment as my body. A couple times I was in another room of the house other than where my body was located. Two other times, I was cleaning a sink and ended up above my head. At other times, I am not too far from my body.

Hi Nancy,
I was drawn to your message at your mention of your experience with OBE's. I've been reading and researching about out of body experiences, as well as practicing as much as I can. I'm now downing piles of books about it at a pretty fast and very steady rate.
My mom died very recently, and I need her and miss her so much! In the OBE literature, I've been finding that I will actually be able to contact her, hug her and spend more time with her by having OBE's. I think I already did, but it's all very fuzzy.
I'm also finding that it's pretty hard to have an aware consciousness while my body is asleep. Do you have any tips for me? I follow the instructions, and there are many ways to do this. I've tried several methods already, only ... I haven't been successful, and I'm growing desperate! I do realize this may be exactly my problem, since being able to relax and "let" things happen is often advised. It's very hard for me to take it easy, because I miss my mom really badly!
I've been researching since about a week after my sweet mom left, and now I'm on my fourth week of studying everything in my path that deals with OBE's and I'm trying to put everything into practice, but nothing seems to work.
I know that I'm being successful at separating from the physical body, but my problem is that once I leave, I don't know how anything goes. When I come back, I don't remember anything! Robert A. Monroe and William Buhlman, two experts on OBE's say in their books that we have to set the intent to keep the mind aware ... and just order "awareness now!", but that's easier said than done.
You wrote your post back in July, and I was wondering ... did you keep at it? If you did ... do you have any pointers for me as to what to do about this?
Thank you so much, Nancy!
Many blessings and much love to you,
Judi.

I recommend following the "Remote Viewing" thread. Book by Joe McMoneagle is good (one of Robert Monroe's star pupils). (He's got a new one out I have not yet seen; I expect it will be good too.)
Penetration by Ingo Swan also excellent.

After an while you'll get the relationship between RV and OBE.

Gosh, I have not had NDExperience but I was really intrigued reading this discussion. I have read nearly all the books by Carlos Castaneda, and I am aware that Buddhist practice visualising themselves dying when they go sleep and that when they wake up in the morning they visualise that have woken up from death. From reading the Carlos Castaneda books: what is coming through for me is that you are able to displace your consciousness to different dimensions and retain awareness. I think it is something more than just astral travel, which I have experienced, but in your case I think you are experiencing something more profound. If you have time to Google search assemblage point Carols Castaneda Toltec teaching, some insights might come here below is some info that was taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagual_(Casta%C3%B1eda)
I would like to hear further what thoughts and feelings arise, in response to what others have written and if anything is becoming clearer for you. Thank you for sharing your marvellous journey.

Nagual (pronounced nah-wa'hl) is a term used in the books by Carlos Castaneda to describe a person [1] who is able to lead people to new areas of consciousness. Carlos Castaneda's guide “Don Juan Matus” often referred to himself as the Nagual for his "party of warriors". Also, Nagual is considered by Castaneda's followers to be related to Eastern concepts of Tao, meditation, or infinity. As Castaneda's teacher says: "We cannot understand the Nagual, we can only see for ourselves that it exists". Even the term 'Nagual' exists only as a very inaccurate way of talking about 'what really isn't any-thing at all.' In Casteneda's books one reference to the meaning of nagual is: "... Turn everything into what it really is: the abstract, the spirit, the nagual." don Juan Matus
In the modern New Age beliefs based off of the works of Carlos Castaneda reality is seen as multi-dimensional or multi-faceted. Usually it is said that a person is only able to see a certain limited aspect of the multi-faceted reality during any given experience. The Nagual is considered an alternate "unknown" side or dimension of reality, as opposed to the Tonal, which can be considered the everyday "known" dimension of reality. It has also been said that the Nagual is all that is, and that it condenses to form what is called the Tonal. The Nagual and the Tonal as dual aspects of reality and being are perceived either through the First Attention, where we experience the Tonal, or the Second Attention where we experience the Nagual. To the Toltec of Castaneda the Tonal is often associated with the masculine aspect of the universe and the Nagual to the feminine. The Tonal can roughly be linked to the concept of Ego, the conscious mind, and subconscious minds.
A Nagual is the "benefactor" of an apprentice in Castaneda's system and is also the great unnameable Spirit. The "benefactor" is born to be a direct link to the great unnameable spirit and guide an apprentice to obtain what has been called Total Freedom. The Second Attention or Nagual awareness is a goal that the warrior apprentice strives to attain. In some Mesoamerican traditions hallucinogenic plants or as Castaneda called them "power plants" where utilized to experience the Nagual as well as other states of awareness. When one is able to perceive the Second attention they are considered a "seer". Castaneda's books as well as the books of Victor Sanchez, Don Miguel Ruiz, Theun Mares and others have detailed techniques to use to come into an experience of the Second Attention.

[edit] Nagualism Techniques
"A man of knowledge lives by acting, not by thinking about acting." don Juan Matus
Since the Nagual is a concept of something truly unnameable we can never accurately understand it through the use of words alone it is believed necessary to experience it. Here are some techniques that may aid in accessing the Nagual aspect of reality and being.
[edit] Alternate Death
In the writings of Carlos Castaneda, the Nagual Juan Matus explained several energetic facts (perceived by directly seeing energy in the universe). He explained that seers perceive a conglomerate of luminous fibers enclosed in a luminous egg, which in this reality would be a human being. They said these luminous fibers are conscious of themselves and never touch each other when they are not encased in luminous eggs. There are an incalculable number of fibers in the void. There is a spot in the luminous egg that in a human body is at arms length in the direction towards the back of the left shoulder blade. It is the assemblage point where reality is assembled. The conglomerate of luminous fibers match the fibers outside, whichever the assemblage point is at, it becomes real. Don Juan said to Carlos that there are millions of realities around us all we needed to do was to move our assemblage point to perceive them; children for example, have the assemblage point very flexible and it moves around until any adult forces the assemblage point to stay in one place just by being in the same room with the child. It is through the manipulation of this assemblage point that it is said Naguals can go through walls, fly around, turn in to animals, or be in two places at the same time, or visit other realities. Some seers of antiquity for examples became trees, others made their assemblage point to stretch and illuminate almost all the fibers within their luminous egg and became luminous lines or inorganic beings; it is said that they walk among us and one can see them when they make their luminous line in to a circle. There is also an alternate way of dying. By illuminating the entire conglomerate of luminous fibers inside the luminous eggs, a seer would die instantly in a ball of fire, Burning from Within.
One way to become a Nagual (Manifestation of the Cosmic Spirit) might be by the act of Alternate Death, a process in which the seeker's awareness dies, becomes formless, and is imprinted with the qualities of the five elements in the following fashion:
• Earth (white, north) sinking into Water (Green, West) Enemy: Fear
• Water (Green, West) sinking into Fire (Red, South) Enemy: Clarity
• Fire (Red, South) sinking into Air (Blue, East) Enemy: Power
• Air (Blue, East) sinking into Space (infinite expansion in all ten directions) Enemy: Old Age
• Space sinking into mind (Infinite contraction) Enemy: Death
Also known as the Grand Banishing followed by
• Air sinking into Fire (life)
• Fire sinking into Water (liberty)
• Water sinking into Earth (love)
• Earth sinking into Space (light)
• Space sinking into Mind (Atonement)
Also known as the Grand Invocation
This is the process through which the Nagual produces the energy necessary to administer the "Nagual's Blow". Nagual's Blow refers to the shamanic act of blowing one's "Spirit" into somebody's body (Note: Castaneda changed it to being a slap between the shoulder blades) causing a state of Heightened Awareness.

Hi Sol, this is resonating with me..I am called a Dream Walker by my mothers people (Cree) I do cognitive dreaming as well as remote viewing..and have done alot of out of body travel..
I think my NDExperiences were part of the Shamanic death...something that I may have agreed to partake in before I came...I am at a stage where I know there is alot of work to do and little time left. All this I have intuited as I didn't want to study to BECOME..I wanted to experience to GAIN WISDOM...there is a special gift in the humanity of experiencing...Peace, Kate
