Your Own Personal Intention Experiment
Hi Everyone,
I am posting this for those of you that receive massages and "go away" to your "special place".
Next time instead of drifting away try your own mindful intention experiment. If you have a massage therapist that has really deep pressure, just ask them to back off on the pressure enough for you to focus.
Take a couple of deep breaths before the massage starts. As the therapist begins "intend" to become "one"…

My focus these days is on my health and the health of the planet. I would love to open up a green place of healing where people could learn how to eat healthy and minimize their carbon footprint.
