Because once you know what happens when a person thinks a thought about you, it makes a difference what kind of thought frequency they think and how it sends out a little ripple into the auric field of that recipient. So I thank you for your kind thought to include me as a friend.
It is good to know that for what it is worth, this site offers us the potentiality to lift our conscious level of being to a greater vibration and to new levels of acceptance in our belief system (or the letting go of such belief systems).
Keep the Heart center full of Love and the mind sharp with discernment and spiritual discrimination, to know what, who, and how to take up the Higher Path at every juncture in our life. May we be blessed to make the best possible choices as our Life unfolds.
Don't you just love it ? What an adventure life can be once the fear is gone. We just have to let it radiate out to others. That is what you and I do .

The Spirit is the lord of your bodily being. It is that which is the "landlord" of your physical domain. The Spirit feels its aliveness through the free flowing "Force/Chi/Prana/Shakti/Vital Force/Energy".Call it what you will. This Vital Force must flow freely through our pscho-physical body- mind.
It is of vital importance to recognise those things that bring the greatest Life to our daily existence. Equally important also, is the knowledge of what blocks the flow of the Life Force into our world.

This is something I have begun to understand in my own life and I thought I would share it with you. Today I will affirm those things, people, places,ideas, and events which uplift my existence. I will also act ,think, and speak in ways that uplift the Mighty Spirit that dwells in others.So that they may feel a sense of wholeness to their beingness.
Today I will act in congruency with my highest beliefs. No matter what those beliefs are, or how often they change and evolve, I will live up to the Highest Good as I perceive each experience to be, moment to moment.
I will be Infinite Love. I will be Infinite Love as the Great Love that made me. I am One with that Source.
